I have been working as an agile coach at H&M for over 15 years in a team
of ten people responsible for H&M’s Order System. This is one of the most
crucial systems at H&M, defects in the system could mean delays in delivering
of garments which can lead to large costs for H&M. Starting from
last year, we are working within the SAFe framework. In my role as agile
coach I’m in charge of daily scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives and
sprint/release planning. I have also been part of developing the team’s
process of handling requirements from stakeholders in JIRA.
