BaneDanmark (BDK)
Roles: Business analyst, Project manager
Responsibilities:
Devoteam was hired by BDK to investigate the current operational situation in relation to some large vendor contracts to come up with a new strategy for the future operational strategy including a proposal on how to best source services from vendors. Mathias was in this setup responsible for analyzing the current operational state and project managing Devoteam deliveries. In addition to this Mathias was partly responsible for preparing the required material for public procurements.
Sundhedsdatastyrelsen (SDS)
Role: Test manager
Responsibilities:
At the Danish Health Data Authority, Mathias contributed to the implementation of a CRM system. Mathias was responsible for managing, coordinating, reviewing and following up on activities related to the execution of test in the project, e.g. planning test sessions, reviewing test cases, managing disputes regarding changes to the system. The CRM system was delivered by an external vendor and Mathias was responsible for quality assuring the vendors deliverables related to test. The implementation was group wide and therefore involved many stakeholders which needed to be informed and addressed in the right manner. Additionally Mathias was responsible for assisting the business units in carrying out test and managing incidents and changes identified during the test.
Forsvarets Materiel og Indkøbsstyrelse (FMI)

Responsibilities
At the Danish Defence, Mathias worked as a technical consultant to assist in the development and operation of an ECM system with approx. 10.000 users across all the authorities under the Danish Defence. Mathias was responsbile for different projects e.g. migrating a historic database, creating a BI-solution in Excel and upgrading the system to the newest version. The latter was a vast project spanning two years in which Mathias had various responsibilities in both the functional and technical track to secure the right functionalities and technical design were in place for the upgrade of the ECM system.

Roles: Business analyst, PMO/project manager
Mathias was permanent situated at a client (NaturErhvervstyrelsen), configuring their IT system, which were used for administrating farmers’ applications for EU’s common agricultural policy. Mathias tasks stemmed from the business requirement specifications that defined the desired business logic. The system was comprehensive and complex to work with, as it covered the whole business process from start to end.

2014-01 - 2015-01
Mathias was involved in multiple projects related to NAV implementations. For instance, Mathias had a central role in a data conversion project where we migrated a client from C5 to NAV. Mathias was responsible for consulting the customers about the configuration of their new accounts and manage the technical data conversion.

Managing all aspects of Aety's Atlassian deliverables for ISS A/S, Aety's largest account (+5 mil DKK annually). The account is using a Global ITSM and project management solution which is utilized worldwide with local modifications. The solution also supports business areas like HR & Finance, so it is not purely IT related. Aety has multiple consultants that advise, develop and configure Atlassian product for the account, which are organized into +15 projects of varying scope. Mathias is responsbile for managing this portfolio. As the client is positioned globally there is a lot of stakeholders to manage and keep informed.
