He have worked for Hempel the past 13 years (2012-24) initially successfully leading the implementation of an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) project (2012-24), delivering end-to-end solutions with precision. This included Management reporting and Planning, as budget, 5 year strategy and forecast. His responsibilities encompassed project owner of the EPM, project management, steering committee coordination, budget control, stakeholder management and project communication, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Each project further honed his expertise in driving innovation, enhancing business processes, and delivering tailored solutions to meet organizational needs. Throughout all projects he has performed extensive stakeholder management and team collaboration, ensuring alignment across departments, from ERP integration to data warehouse management and end user reporting as well as coordinated cross-functional teams to align financial reporting processes with IT implementations.

 

Most recently he led the assessment of selecting a new EPM vendor including scoping and deliverables in the new EPM project. This then lead to implementation of One Stream substituting CCH Tagetik. Integrated the EPM tool to a new Cloud Data Warehouse for improved data accuracy and decision-making (2023-24) . Earlier he lead the global IFRS – EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solution implementation (2018-20), setting up governance rules for the IFRS reporting process, and implementing the solution. He was both the Project Manager and Solution Architect and his tasks as a project manager included project scope and planning, budget management and financial controlling, risk analysis and mitigation as well as coordinating, management of recourses as well as stakeholder management and participating in the steering committee.
