ICT Engineer

We are looking for an ICT Engineer ICT Engineer to be responsible for our client's server, VM and network configurations and installations. The work is to be done both onsite in Ulvila at client's premises and also at customer sites.

As an ICT Engineer, you will be developing and maintaining automation network solutions and information technology related infrastructure including also project commissioning in various countries. Expected: Experience of administering database engines, scripting/programming, industrial environments, Dell/HPE product family systems and Infrastructure as a Code (e.g. Ansible), is considered as an advantage, as well as ability to develop, test, install and troubleshoot hardware and software.

Required experience:

- Knowledge of handling networking infrastructure (e.g. switches, routers, firewall, site and client VPN connectivity), especially Cisco.

- Experience of Linux OS systems, e.g. RHEL and/or Windows Server platforms.

- Knowledge on virtualization platforms, especially VMware vSphere

- Good analytical, problem solving and time management skills

- Proactive, hands-on and responsible approach to work as well as customer service skills

- Willingness to travel

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Fluent English, spoken and written

Location: Ulvila (Project requires willingness to travel to different client sites around the world, business trips compensated)
