Project: Driving the startup of one of the first Value Streams in Saxo Bank with focus on delivering new trading products. As a start supporting a major onboarding of new clients to Saxo Trader platform from recent company acquisition with high demand of new trading products, order types and enhancements to existing ones.
* Establish teams and structure of the Value Stream based on scrum framework.
* Function as Scrum Master for the first team across India, Austing TX and Copenhagen.
* Organisational change management around the organisation to support the entire value chain and improve collaboration.
* Support the Product Owner to achieve full transparency of all projects by building a well-organized backlog structure, making pull model possible for the teams.

Project: Deliver 16 new trading products under the common name Structured Products to support onboarding of investor clients to Saxo Trader platform during the merger of Binck Bank. Many unknowns as this was a new product in Saxo. Very critical deadline as this was the first wave of migration of clients.
* Responsible for the entire IT development across the entire value chain.
* Establish and support leadership team between Business Owner, Business Management and IT.
* Uncover all IT development needs across all areas/components in joint effort with Business Analyst and Solution Architect.
* Establish complete overview of deliveries across the value chain to enable coordination of dependencies between the scrum team and everyone else.
* Progress reporting across the value chain and steering committee meetings to manage expectations and risks * Reduced cost and complexity, lowering the need of manual handling of these new trading products.
* Delivered as expected ready for the migration of clients, surpassing the expectations of scope as the new data model we created catered for all products.
* 150+ man months of work executed in 10 months, involving 60+ people across the value chain.

Project: Responsible for asset class work streams with the focus on delivering small enhancements to existing trading products and services ranging from 1-3 months of work. The assignment was to find better ways of handling requests and raise productivity which was often blocked by higher priorities in the bank. There was also an aspiration to move most of the work to India office. Business stakeholders was in Copenhagen HQ incl business analyst. Visited India twice a year to connect locally and build relations Established way of working based on the scrum framework A lot of networking with various stakeholders to find best structure for optimising the setup.
To begin with it was a lot of people in big meetings with little or no inclusion of the teams. Uncovered the major organizational blockers. Established a cross asset class work stream as the components involved in delivering was often the same. Limited the amount of stakeholders and engaged them to work together with regards to priorities, presenting new requests and giving feedback. Team engagement changed dramatically with close collaboration directly with stakeholder instead of through me or the business analyst. Both in terms of requirements and review of deliveries. Co-worked with and coached a scrum master in India who took over the team while I attended a large project. He later took over the role as the only scrum master.

Project: Delivery of a new trading instrument type under the Option asset class to boost TRE globally. Expected delivery was summer 2018 with commercial launch Sep/Oct 2018. The entire value chain in the bank was involved. There were rumours about new products like this mostly took more than 1 year to finalise. So it was an ambitious timeline. Kind of traditional managed project were 50-60 people was involved in delivery throughout the value chain across IT components and service teams. As we developed the foundation of the product data model requirements was gathered and made ready. Often by engaging with BA's from each department building the PBIs and handing over to development teams. Progress reporting across the value chain and steering committee meetings to manage expectations and risks. Around 90 man months of development was delivered with a succesful launch of the product to traders Oct 2018. The project handling and learnings in this project has served as a model for how projects are run delivering new trading products. Later used delivering Structured Products.
Build reporting structure that later became the foundation of reporting based on Azure DevOps Analysis views with PowerBI.

The system handles transactions from Point of Sales to warehouse with integration to SAP and HOST platform at Coop. Scrum Master for development teams consisting of a local team with 10+developers, testers and architect and a team of 5 developers in Kiev, Ukraine. The team setup was component/silo oriented and motivation/team health was low.

Established ways of working based on the scrum framework to cater for full inspect and adapt opportunities and learning culture.

Facilitating and training Scrum, as well as coaching individual team members.

Uncovered serious bottlenecks with super experts on a single central component and facilitated knowledge transfer to achieve greater cross-functional skills within the team.

Established automated release and deployments over time.

Performance issues every year was the main driver of apart from the cost of maintenance on a system which was only utilised fully once a year. Scrum master and project lead.

The scrum framework was used with PO from Gyldendal and development team of 5 developers and external bureau for graphics design.

Coordinated load test with external vendor to test the new solution prior to the exam 2014.

Both the load test and the actual first exam was a huge success.

The solution was 3 AWS servers/services with dynamic scaling work as planned when load increased * Reduced the maintenance cost dramatically. From 20 on premise servers to 3 AWS servers..
