EUC Field Support Engineer - Italian Speaking

We have received instructions from one of the world's most innovative Consultancies for an EUC Field Support Engineer. This exciting and challenging project is happening in a beautiful and vibrant city in Italy and will provide long term (12months +) job continuity and lots of job satisfaction.

What you can expect to be doing in this great role:

Required Key Skills and Experience:

• Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.
• Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with contractor personnel, co-workers and clients.
• Adhere to policies as per corporate manuals and directives.
• Extend computer support for systems' software and hardware.
• Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs.
• Interact with staff on desktop problems and their resolution.
• Helping Central Teams in resolving SCCM/AD/SharePoint/Printer logic/O365/Application related activities.
• Should have sound knowledge on Desktop and Hardware domains.
• Should have sound knowledge on Windows Operating Systems (Windows10)
• Basic network knowledge (LAN/WAN/Wi-FI)
• Assist with Hardware devices with global team(s).
• Assist global team(s) during P1/P2 outages.
