Senior Project Manager

For a client in the energy industry, we are looking for a senior project manager that is able to speak both business and IT. The client project has already started with a small pilot. Now, the client wants to move on to a second phase of piloting and needs someone experienced to lead this part of the project. The client project is about implementing smart waste solutions for their customers for all kinds of waste types. This involves acquiring hundreds of technical sensors and their installations, as well as different integrations into backend processes.

The project manager will be responsible for leading and managing this business technology IT-project. The project manager is expected to be able to handle the big entities with a structured approach.

Your qualifications
The main requirements for this project are:
– At least 10 years of experience in project management of Business/IT -projects
– Demonstrated experience in leading large complex projects
– Fluent written and spoken English
– Experience in the energy industry is a plus, but not a requirement

Location: Espoo, some traveling involved
Work: Full-time, onsite
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months, expected extension
Language: English is a must, Finnish and/or Swedish is a plus
