Consultant Task – Project Manager, Greater Copenhagen

For a client in the automotive industry, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager.

Your primary task will be to carry out the day-to-day project management of two project pre-studies with different project owners, but very dependent on each other. One is owned by the business and one is owned by IT.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the following two pre-study projects:

1) Pre-study based on already defined business processes compared with an industry solution on top of Microsoft Dynamics F&O as core in the future
2) Pre-study with high focus on IT infrastructure when going to cloud to support project 1

Primary tasks:

- Day-to-day project management of two project pre-studies
- Scope refinement, project planning, resource management, risk assessment, budget, estimation, and resource allocation
- Facilitate meetings and workshops including agenda, invite, minutes and follow-up
- Secure that all stakeholders are involved, and make sure that all involved resources are used in the best way possible
- Conducting gap-analysis, comparing business processes and system capabilities (as-is/to-be, roadmap, priorities, and MVP solution)

Scope & deliverables:

Define the projects needed to build and implement the solutions in a one pager format (A3) prepared in a way for stakeholders to take decisions.

1) Create overview of the expected cost, both for development & testing, training & implementation and running cost per location & user
2) Create overview of resources and partners needed to build and deliver complete solution  
3) Create coordinated project plans to cover start to finish, based on the roadmaps, priorities and MVP
4) Create a clear overview of all integrations to all relevant system(s)
5) Suggest a governance model to support the solution during testing, piloting and post go-live
6) Suggest a re-charge model to cover all project and running costs

Location: Greater Copenhagen
Workload: 60% (3 days a week)
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3-6 months + the possibility for extension
Language: Danish and English

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:

- Proven track-record as Project Manager from a similar project, experience with pre-study is a major advantage
- Strong project management skills, including stakeholder management, scope, planning, resource management, facilitating workshops, risk assessment, budget and estimation
- Experience with complex processes and systems, business case, implementation roadmap, and cloud environment and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O is preferred
