Built and managed the co-development team of research professors, chief physicians, Ph.D.-students, physicians, and nurses. Contracted-in and managed external IT-architects, programmers and web-hosting services. Designed, configured and tested the PMO framework. Achievements and experience: Developed the value proposition, business cases and B2B market positioning of the Direct-Haler Pulmonary and Nasal technologies. Built the international virtual organization of specialized companies and individuals.

Developed innovative therapeutic concept and business case for treatment of co-existing respiratory disorders asthma and rhinitis (one airway - one disease). As Board Member in the portfolio companies, I hands-on collaborated with management teams on business development and maturing of the companies for attracting further venture investments.
