Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in a Supplier Visibility pre-study project. In this role you will manage BA activities in the Supplier Visibility pre-study by identifying, describing, visualizing and then facilitating prioritizing of technical and functional requirements. 
You will be responsible for elicitation of requirements and using those requirements to get to a decision on a preferred IT solution. You will: 
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the project scope 
• Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders 
• Develop business analysis plans for the project. 
• Develop presentations for stakeholders, both within and outside of IT 
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to document business processes and requirements 
• Create project documentation to include business requirements documentation, business case etc. 
• Regularly improving the processes and practices employed to maximize the value being delivered

Requirements: 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 
• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in IT Projects 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English 
• 3+ years´ experience from working in global projects with multiple stakeholders 
• Experience of building strong relationships in a cross-functional environment and manage accurate requirements from key stakeholders 
• 3+ years of experience from working as Business Analyst in IT implementation projects 
• Experience from procurement business area 
• Experience from supplier management system implementation 
• Experience from working in a project implementing EDI
