platform was implemented by external vendor. The second project was about providing regulatory reporting regarding credit risk in Mortgage AB. Soheil has driven and delivered both of the projects with great results.

In this assignment Soheil worked as Program Manager for Volvo groups. Volvo groups consist of several

brands Volvo Trucks, Volvo Construction Equipment, Volvo buses, Volvo Penta, etc. The purpose of the program was to create a common digital platform for all brands. The program consists of integration with both
internal product systems to external systems, including social media and automotive dealers. For this purpose,
Soheil implemented a program office for managing scope changes, monitoring of program status and
deliverables, communication plan and reporting services for the program. During this project Soheil worked with the Volvo brand director and digital marketing responsible for each Volvo brand.

-Identify all stakeholders, and capturing the nonfunctional requirements imposed on common platforms.
-Develop proposal for further work to be conducted on a more consistent and structured way to improve
quality of delivery.

The result of the feasibility study made suggestions on the processes and organization, and how the test work
should be conducted.

solution within Länsförsäkringar integration platform.
Soheil was responsible for the feasibility study and got the role as project manager after the feasibility study
stage. The project created a standard platform for communication with external partners (External brokerage companies, insurance agencies and Minpension). The platform is now called for the LET.
The project had 10 members, with a budget of 15 million SEK.
