System Responsible Stockholm

For our client we are looking for a System Responsible. 
Job Description: 
SR is part of the Functional Area (FA) and have the responsible for the FA specific Application Support & Maintenance. The main task is to manage and control the AM work and ensure that the vendor team is delivering quality in an efficient way and according to agreed SLAs. 

Work Task 
• Ensure the IT Solutions in area meet today’s requirements and drive continued business value increase of solutions. 
• Build business knowledge and understand the IT solution contribution to business outcome 
• Meet and communicate with business and discuss area solutions, performance, development initiatives and improvements. 
• Drive continued improvement of solutions across IT suppliers both internal and external 
• Lead area resources needed to manage the solutions and ensure good collaboration between resources which reside in multiple delivery areas. 
• Ensure good collaboration between resources across development and maintenance. 
• Act as maintenance receiver of new solutions and functionality in area and ensure service transition requirements are known to projects. 
• Maintain holistic view of critical dependencies and system specific knowledge on an architectural level. 

Specific Competence 
• Relevant business knowledge 
• Experience from coordinating, planning, organizing and follow up 
• Have a technical and system architectural understanding 
• Be able to keep many subjects ongoing at the same time, sometimes in a high pressure environment 
• Cross dependency awareness 
• Experience & knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Capacity, etc.) is appreciated, but not required 
• Knowledge about e-commerce solutions. Hands-on experience is appreciated, but not required 
• Accounting background is required 
• SAP FICO, FICA is required 
• SAP SD experience is appreciated, but not required 
• Open and communicative 
• Good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing in both English and Swedish
